Project Detail
Located in the popular Knightsbridge area of the city and headed up by The Maybourne Hotel Group, The Emory is an impressive 10-storey building complete with 4 basement levels. The hotel will feature 60 luxury suites spread across nine floors and an impressive rooftop bar with 360-degree panoramic city views. Positioned as London’s newest five-star hotel, where ultimate luxury meets quiet hospitality, quality craftsmanship, and high-grade finishes are central to this exclusive London hotel.
As the building is connected to the adjoining five-star Berkley Hotel, care and consideration have been central to the project to minimise disturbance to guests during construction works. With the project taking place in central London, compliance with the traffic restrictions in the area has also been essential.

A Traffic Management Plan has ensured all deliveries and machinery are transported without disturbing the residents and businesses nearby. Measures have also been taken to navigate COVID-19 and global material shortages to accommodate for partial site closures and rising costs for materials.
Set to open in Winter 2023, The Emory will be a groundbreaking wellness space where every detail is perfectly considered.
