Project Detail
Located in the North Laine area of Brighton, this 37,300 sq ft GIA, 4-storey office development will revitalise a site that has lain vacant for more than 25 years to provide much-needed sustainable, modern office spaces.
The project will be built to achieve a BREAAM Excellent rating and the RIBA2030 target for embodied carbon, making it one of Brighton’s most attractive new offices for environmentally conscious businesses. The development will include PV panels, a ‘green roof’ and two ‘green walls’, encouraging biodiversity and well-being provisions such as secure cycle spaces accessed via a dedicated cycle ramp and shower and locker facilities.

As part of the sustainability targets for this project, Corramore has taken measures to minimise carbon emissions by implementing smarter energy solutions, minimising operational pollution, reducing waste and sourcing sustainable materials. Measures have also been taken to minimise disturbance to nearby residents and businesses during the construction process.
Construction for the development started in October 2022 and is set to be completed in Q4 of 2023, creating a sustainable and innovative business hub for Brighton.
